Well, in the short of it, a Digital Illustrator can be a lot of things ranging from Freelancing Cartoonist to a Comic Artist to a Graphic Designer to much more. I like to define myself as somewhere in the middle of all that. I tend to prefer Illustration to Graphic Design, but I do enjoy most forms of the digital arts.
